Using this website
These terms apply to your use of Tools For The Web. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The tools are provided free of charge without an account.
The operator’s legal identity has not yet been published. This information must be completed before public launch.
Results and professional advice
Outputs are general information and depend on your inputs, assumptions, browser support and any rates you select. Check results before relying on them. VAT, day-rate, margin and ROAS outputs are not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. Confirm the rules and rates that apply to your circumstances with an appropriate source or adviser.
Test QR codes at the final size and on the intended material. Check generated destinations, campaign parameters and WhatsApp recipients before publishing or sending. Keep originals of images; exported dimensions, formats and quality can vary by browser.
Acceptable use and your content
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, distribute malware or use the tools to facilitate fraud or infringement. Only process content you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for the content of generated links, images and codes and for obtaining any necessary permissions.
We do not claim ownership of your inputs. You may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to rights in the underlying content and any applicable third-party terms. Using a tool does not grant rights to someone else’s trade marks, images or other material.
Availability and website materials
We aim to keep the service useful but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs or continued availability of a particular tool. We may maintain, change or withdraw features. Website branding, copy and code remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
Advertising and external links
Ads and links may lead to independent services. Their inclusion is not an endorsement. We do not control their content, availability or terms. WhatsApp and Google are third-party brands; this site is not presented as their official service.
Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the free tools will meet a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate inputs, failure to check results or services outside our control. For business users, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Privacy, changes and disputes
Read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Cookie consent is managed separately through the certified CMP; these terms do not constitute consent to advertising.
Changes to these terms apply to future use from the revision date shown above. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where applicable.
